It's Not Too Late to Join the 2025 PP&D Document Trial & Receive Implementation Support

Dear Principals and School Leadership teams,

This is a brief reminder that there is still time to participate in the trial of the updated Performance and Development (PP&D) documents for the 2025 cycle.

This trial presents a valuable opportunity if your school has not yet commenced the formal PP&D process for 2025. Participating schools will be able to:

1. Preview: Gain access to view the updated suite of PP&D documents currently under trial.
2. Receive Support: Should you choose to participate fully, Lauren and Alicia can provide dedicated support to assist you and your leadership team in implementing the PP&D process effectively with your staff using these trial materials.
3. Feedback: As a ‘critical friend’, provide feedback on the documents as we seek to refine and evolve the process to provide consistency across all schools.

This is a great chance to familiarise yourself with the proposed updates and benefit from direct assistance during implementation in your school. Lauren and Alicia will work with you and your team to ensure a holistic PP&D process that is related to your SIP to drive individual and whole school improvement.
