We are trialling Xref, a digital platform designed to streamline the collection of reference checks, including Parish Priest references.

As part of this trial, Xref will be used exclusively for Principal and Assistant Principal recruitment for 2025.

What’s changing?

When a candidate applies, they will receive an Xref request. Through the platform, they will be prompted to enter the details of two professional referees and their Parish Priest referee. Xref will then automatically send the reference requests, allowing referees to complete them quickly and securely from their phone or laptop—no need for printing, scanning, or uploading.
